By registering for a Young Souls event, you confirm and agree to the following:

1. Age Requirement

You are 20 years of age or older, in line with Thailand's legal drinking age, and may be asked to show valid ID at the door. Entry may be refused without ID.

2. Photography & Media

Young Souls events are photographed and filmed for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being included in this content across our social media and marketing channels.

3. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including inability to attend.

4. Non-Transferable

Tickets are issued to a specific named individual and cannot be resold, transferred, or used by anyone other than the named ticket holder. Each QR code and ticket ID is unique to that person.

5. Right of Admission Reserved

Young Souls and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any guest without refund, for safety, capacity, legal, or conduct reasons.

6. Personal Data

Information you provide is used only to administer this event — registration, payment verification, entry, and event-related communication — and is not sold or shared beyond what's needed to run the event.
